			http://www.m-w.com/ Free online dictionary with thesaurus, Word of the Day, and word games, but most important of all, audio pronunciation!

			http://geocities.com/Athens/8136/tonguetwisters.html Try these at your own risk.  They are for fun, but clients have told me they have helped stabilize some troublesome sounds.
