Every professional attempt to help someone improve speech begins with an evaluation.  Terri uses a standardized assessment of the sounds in each client's way of speaking English.  She then prepares a set of materials based on  the assessment, so that each client receives a tailor-made package individualized to his or her needs. Each client receives a workbook and a set of audio CDs.  Because Terri is a Speech-Language Pathologist, she is trained to show you exactly how to place your tongue, lips, and teeth to produce the sound correctly.

After the first lesson with Terri, you will understand exactly how your way of speaking English varies from the North American Standard.

For those who practice the assignments given each week, At least 50% reduction of error sounds by the end of the course is the usual result.
